Parking tips:

Bottom line is this:  To save time and avoid frustration, enter at the 34th street entrance and park in the garage on the back of the property.   Circling the surface lot is rarely successful.  See specific information below.

  1. Please plan ahead to allow extra time to park.
  2. Please refer to the parking map below.
  3. You may enter from either 38th or 34th Street.
  4. Save your parking ticket.  $25 penalty for lost tickets.
  5. You might make one pass for a surface lot space, but right now the surface lot is often full until mid or late afternoon.  Though less convenient, using the parking garage behind the building (34th Street side of the lot), is usually less stressful than circling the lot waiting to get lucky.
  6. It is less stressful to prepay parking before getting in your car to leave.   There are machines located in the front lobby and the rear exit near Austin Radiological (southwest building exit).  You can also pay as you drive out at the exit.
  7. Use the call button at the exit if you have any trouble getting out.  They are usually pretty rude but will definitely let you out.
  8. If you are unable to walk to our office from the garage and need wheelchair assistance, please let us know when you are leaving to come here and when you arrive.  We will meet you on the ground level of the parking garage at the elevator.

Please accept our apologies for parking hassles.  The surface lot and garage are owned and operated by Ascension, not Medical Park Tower, and with endless construction on their campus they have not been good stewards of our parking.
