Clinical Personnel:
Patricia is a licensed nurse with extensive experience in healthcare and infusion administration. She coordinates our infusion program and is primary clinical contact for our patients receiving infusion services. Patricia will help you with questions about your medical treatment, monitoring, and medications and will assist you with infusion therapy scheduling. Her extension is 218.
Angela is our experienced Certified Medical Assistant. She will assist you with inquiries about your condition, medications, test results, refills and help coordinate diagnostic testing. She works closely with Dr. Sayers through out the day to provide prompt responses to your questions and concerns. Her extension is 213.
Our Front Office Team:
Jourdann is our accounts, receivable specialist and infusion services coordinator. She has years of experience helping patients navigate the complexities of insurance authorizations, benefits, payments and appeals. She is your primary contact person if you have questions regarding your account status or insurance benefits, and for any financial questions regarding infusions. She is an expert at dealing with insurance benefits questions and problems. Her extension is 210.
Julie is our office manager. She works on special projects related to insurance contracts and global insurance systems issues as well as internal financial management within the practice. Julie has been working with Dr. Sayers for over 20 years and is familiar with all aspects of the practice. She is your contact person if your needs are not being met in our practice or if you have specific issues related to any of our office personnel or office policies that need addressing at a managerial level. Her extension is 220.
Brianna ("Bri") is generally the person who will greet you on arrival and help get you checked out on departure. She works on insurance verifications, authorizing infusions services, scheduling, payment posting and a variety of issues related to insurance coverage. Her extension is 212.
Maryann has been with the practice since its founding. She primarily works with HR issues.
